WHAT TO EXPECT
The THRIVE Conference will bring together successful Black and other racialized leaders from across North America to discuss how prioritizing their wellbeing has allowed them to achieve success in their own respective industries.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend wellness breakout sessions, which are workshops designed to provide attendees with simple and practical ways to incorporate wellness into their daily lives.
At a price of $20 CDN (representing $1 per speaker), attendees will have the opportunity to experience all of the incredible content above in the form of presentations, interviews, workshops, and a wellness panel focused on a variety of topics related to wellness & self-care, success & career-building, and social justice. While conferences of this nature are typically valued at $1000 and up, we have offered it at a price of $20 to remain accessible.
We all have a story as it pertains to mental health, and taking care of ourselves can allow us to understand the power we hold, ensure that we have the energy needed to sustainably go after our biggest dreams, and develop the tools we need to get through challenging times.

WELLNESS IN MOTION
In addition to hearing from the speakers listed above, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in 'wellness breakout' sessions. These sessions will be workshop style and will feature BIPOC wellness professionals specializing multiple areas who will offer practical self-care tools that individuals can use to prioritize their wellbeing in their personal and professional lives.
During these sessions, attendees will learn about different forms of wellness activities, the benefits of practicing them, and practical ways to incorporate these activities into their daily lives.
Attend sessions focused on Manifestation, Meditation, and Reiki healing, and learn how you can practically incorporate each within your life.
Curious about how botanics and plants can be used to promote our wellbeing? Attend these sessions to learn what botanics are, the benefits of incorporating them, and practical tips for doing so.
Join financial coaches for sessions focused on financial wellness. During these sessions, attendees will learn the impact that our money mindset can have on our pursuits and our overall wellbeing, as well as tools we can incorporate to improve it.
These sessions will provide attendees with insight into the practice of yoga and how certain elements of it, such as breathing, can be incorporated into our lives to help us maneuver during stressful times.
